There are two options with AMIINU: - **DAP (Delivered at Place):** The recipient pays fees and taxes directly to local authorities. - **DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):** The recipient chooses AMIINU to pay the fees and taxes to authorities. Note: Some countries have a minimum exemption quota, and if the product is within the quota, the shipping method will default to DDP. The recipient is responsible for importing and declaring goods, and AMIINU only represents the customer before authorities based on the selected incoterms method.

Upon shipment, you will receive a searchable tracking number, which can be used on our website or online portal.

Each country has an estimated delivery time listed on the online portal. However, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, which can extend beyond the original estimated delivery time.

Yes, we can send products without revealing our partnership. We use neutral packaging, without logos, adhesive tapes, or any other identifying features.
